What is an Ambassador?
A person who has committed to be a part of spreading goodwill on behalf of the Chamber and the City of Taylor to new businesses.
How do we spread goodwill?
We attend ribbon cuttings, social events, and welcome new businesses or chamber members.
What is an Ambassador’s responsibilities?
As an Ambassador you are a part of a team that is committed to spreading business awareness and goodwill. Ambassadors have enthusiasm, good attitude, conviction and drive. Ambassadors participate in Ribbon Cuttings, Business After Hours Events, Quarterly Socials, Community Projects and many other Chamber events. Ambassadors are always looking for new individuals to recruit as an Ambassador, and new businesses to become Chamber members.
What do I get out of being an Ambassador?
The biggest advantage you will gain as an Ambassador is becoming an integral part of Taylor’s business growth. Ambassadors enjoy being involved and making new friends. Ambassadors are the first persons to meet a new business or Chamber member, giving your business an edge over others. You have the opportunity to network with decision makers, the next movers and shakers of our business community, and develop a relationship that could benefit your business tremendously.
How do we let other people know who we are?
Ambassadors get exposure from news articles, ribbon cuttings, Chamber events, community involvement, and through our Taylor Chamber Ambassador projects which include:
